QUALIFICATIONS Type approximately 70 words a minute, experience working with Penta for Windows, Work Order System, Budget Changes, Cost and Unit Detail Reports, Project Unit Summary Reports, Billing, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Collections, Microsoft Excel, Word, Management. Walked Manage over 100 jobs for the Engineering department * Supervised payroll, billing, accounts payable, & collection departments * Coordinate / process billing and budget changes * Initial job setup and task breakdown * Conduct interviews for administrative positions. * Work with Excel - spreadsheets * Job cost tracking and analysis.
