I have 10 years of experience working as a Quality Control and Plant Manager in different industries.I was responsible for laboratory supervision in chemistry field. I have experience and working in growth and analysis of GaN on SiC for power and RF electronic application and semiconductor material characterization such as Filmetrics, XRD, FTIR, Microscopy, Hall measurement, Photoluminescence, and sheet resistance mapping. My research field can be classified into the broad area of Applied Theoretical chemistry, dealing with Structure and Reactivity of molecules. I used high accuracy computational quantum chemistry methods to study various chemical systems. I defined computational models to compute the effect of compression on the electronic structure, vibrational spectra, and charge distribution. The structural, energetic and bonding data obtained from accurate theoretical calculations are used to predict new functional molecules and also to predict the outcome of a reaction. My goal is a career which is match with my either experience or education.
