I will cut to the chase, I have phenomenal work ethic, and am one of the hardest working people you will ever meet. I have dealt with every kind of person. I think problems with adjusters I have ran into, are very slow, fresh out of college kids, with no construction background. They have a sense of entitlement, which customers don't appreciate, nor trust. They want someone who is very sociable, yet professional, and knows what they are looking at, not googling what type of shingles the person may have. You're upholding the companys' reputation, but you're also selling yourself, so they trust you and the claim goes smoothly. I want to bring my high energy, and enthusiasm to a company, and I will take on as many claims as I can handle. Technology is part of the job, but people don't want someone taking a quick glance, not even getting on roof, and sitting in their vehicle for 2 hours, while the customers wait. I KNOW i can change things for the better, and be top claims adjuster within a few months. NOT INTENDED TO BE COCKY OR RUDE, JUST WHAT MY GOALS ARE AT THE COMPANY.
