I started my career with Eastman Kodak as a Quality Control Inspector with the Professional Products Division. In the role of a Quality Control Inspection my duties engulfed the entire scope of electromechanical inspection, from proto-type testing through inception, final inspection and shipping. I was also responsible for the supervision and training of new personnel, procedure writing, period reports, timekeeping and payroll. After 11 years we moved from Rochester, New York to Palm Harbor, Florida. I then embarked on a career in the security industry with National Guardian/SecurityLink where I started in the Central Station progressing through the ranks to my ultimate position with the company as Regional Retention Manager covering the Southeast Region and Puerto Rico. After SecurityLink was acquired by ADT I continued my career in security with Technical Dynamic Services, Inc. as Operations Manger while managing operations at Nicole’s Skin Care Center. Subsequently I took a position at A Total Solution as Service Manager.

Increased retention of customer accounts. At over 20%, the Southeast Region had the worst retention of the company. Spearheaded a program known as “The Perfect 10”. Result: After putting this plan into effect went from last place to second place within six months.Expedited the use of tracking software. Technicians were dispatched without a strategy in mind often crisscrossing each other. Convinced the owners to employ the software program that was purchased but was not being used. Result: Improved service performance, profitability and increased revenue.
