Summary Mario Rocha was born in Portugal in 1945 and raised in Lisbon. He went on to receive his Secondary Studies certificate from the Liceu Passos Manuel in Lisbon, interrupted for enrolment in the military service with the Portuguese Air Force 1963 - 1966 He then pursued his studies at the Professional Institute of Mozambique (Administrative Management in 1971 and Accounting in 1975). As an accountant he joined the Institute of Credit of Mozambique 1966 - 1977 and then he moves to Canada and joined Club Voyages Guertin and Moreault Investments in Hull, Quebec from 1977 to 2000. In 2000 he moved from Canada to the United States. He start a temporary work (June to Sept.) in Attleboro, Mass. at LEACH & GARNER (gold raw Department) and he moves to a used car dealer and repairs in Cumberland, R I. was an office manager (2000 - 2014).
