COVER LETTER: To Whom It May Concern: I hired Mr. Bratton on October 8, 1991 as a Journeyman Electrician within our maintenance organization. From that time until now, I can assure you that I have never once regretted that decision. Don is without reservation one of the most talented craftsmen that I, in 15 years, have every had the opportunity to work with. His knowledge and experience are first rate and his work ethic is such that he can very easily outpace any single other person and in many cases, even a two man crew. Furthermore, he is always willing to take the lead, and possesses the leadership abilities to manage projects of any size or duration. Hon's talents cover all aspects of industrial maintenance including troubleshooting, construction and high voltage work. I have been particularly'impressed with his construction and conduit abilities, since he started at a time of major plant rearrangement and new equipment installation. However, there is not a job that we have in this trade, that he has not successfully completed. He has worked on both the day shift and second shift, and has been required to work significant amounts of overtime. It is also important to note that Don's work no matter how large or small the task, is always of the highest quality. He presents creative solutions to problems, plans jobs cost effectively and works within tight schedules and budgets. I hope it is clear that I have been most impressed by Mr. Bratton, will miss his talents and attitude tremendously, and highly recommend him to any organization that he may choose.
