I enjoy working with fiber optics and coax cable. I have been working in the industry for over sixteen years and have a very strong background working with fiber and coax. I have been splicing fiber for six years. I have worked with many different fusion splicers and tester. I know how to work and read an OTDR, power meter, and signal meter. I have worked with single mode and multi-mode fiber. I have set up LCC’s in fiber to home neighborhoods. I also keep documents of the splice configuration, measurements and distances. I recently set up a fiber to the home condominium complex that had 300 residents and 26 commercial suites. I am used many different types of optical splitters from 4 ways to 32 tail. I had done mid sheaths on high fiber counts. I have worked on 12 counts to 564 counts. I have spliced in head-end cabinets and remote locations with no supervision. I can work well alone or with others. I have a high drive to get things done and pride myself on my ability to get the highest quality splices in the industry.
