Senior management on the Fortune One’s Ethics & Compliance Team reporting directly to the Vice-President for Environmental Health and Safety Compliance. Leads the Field Support Team of six Senior Managers and a Director to drive compliance with Walmart U.S. environmental programs in more than 300 California Walmart stores, Sam’s Clubs, and distribution centers; and supports over 5,300 Walmart facilities nationwide. An Assistant U.S. Attorney for 16 years in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office, represented government agencies on a variety of cases, including employment discrimination, fraud investigations, and a precedent-setting $36.4 million fire case for damages to federal land in the Angeles National Forest.
