I have eleven years of retail manager experience. I have successfully taken a high shrink store (Big Lots - Ukiah ,CA ) and reduced it's shrink figure from 2.49 % (2005) down to 1.89 % (2006). I was also Wal-Marts first three million dollar department manager in the Bremerton , Washington store in 1997.
