I describe myself as a leader of leaders, a visionary, an initiator, and creator. Metaphorically speaking: a creator and designer of fine high quality widgets who can effectively teach others to create and design high quality widgets). I am also a motivator of people and provide strong direction and encouragement that allows employees and interns to be be highly productive in their work and personal lives. We all know that people who have a healthy, productive personal life have a healthy, productive work life. The individuals (employee and interns) who have worked for me would confirm that they have never had a better supervisor. I care about people and motivate them to do the best job possible which allows them to experience positive results in their work. I also care about their families and have always helped them balance work and home life. I have ex- employees contact me consistently to see if I have a position open for them or can recommend them for another job. I am good at identifying honest, productive employees. I also create opportunities for employees and interns to continually refine their given skill sets and consistently develop new skills. I am passionate about my work and driven towards high quality and success. Though I am very fair, I expect work to be done with excellence and passion that produces positive results.
