Currently serving as manager of product training for Schneider Electric, a global company headquartered in Paris France, and is a leading manufacturer of electrical power distribution equipment , Data centers, and system solutions for businesses and industries worldwide. I am looking for an organization that has a desire to move forward in creating a world class training for either your end users or internal employees. These include, and are not limited to, programmable controllers, variable frequency drives, Human machine interfaces, network communications, system integration solutions and arc flash electrical safety. For the last 8 years, My career has been focused on the evolution of training from traditional classroom training to a blended learning solution, reducing the cost of training, and increasing efficiency. Providing a continuous improvement process, we have reduced the time and expense of training by 53%, and provide more monies to invest in newer technologies like mobile learning and social learning environments. Management and related skills for training include:  Designed our training organization as a value add proposition service to generate customer trust and loyalty, creating a sales leads program that increases sales for new products and services  Deployed a strong, profitable, variable cost business strategy in a P&L business model  Implementation of new training technologies and processes to deliver a world class customer training experience.  Global collaboration (35 countries) for new courses and blended learning development.  Designed a no cost, LMS system to track all student learning paths and maintain course records for reporting and accreditation.  Manage the development of online content using software tools and video editing tools such as Final cut and Adobe Captive.  Proficient in the use of (CMS) content management systems to development and maintain courses for continuous updates and improvements.  Manage employee key performance indicators against the corporate strategies by developing individual performance and or corrective action plans for talent gaps and personal growth.
