I am a very experience financial services professional (lending) having been formally trained as a Commercial Loan Officer and having successfully managed loan portfolios that included Term Loans, Lines of Credit, Commercial Real estate and SBA 7a and 504 loans. However, I am not one dimensional, I am also experienced in the underwriting of real estate loans (1st Mortgage and Equity) gained as an individual contributor as well as the Department Manager of a staff of 64 underwriters. I have also had years of experience in Indirect Lending by virtue of having functioned as a Regional Credit Officer for a sub prime auto lender. If this seems akin to a jack of all trades and master of none I can assure you that nothing is further from the truth. I have been successful at each and every endeavor and can provide references that will attest to my competency. I am seeking a return to the lending arena as it is not only where I am the strongest but also the most satisfied.
