Greetings, I am searching for a District Manager/ General Manager position. I have extensive Food Service Management experience in a Multi-Unit P & L environment with retail departments and years of Law Enforcement Supervision experience. All of which utilized Risk Management and Loss Control. I have “started up” and maintained “C” store operations. I have held a national Director of Training & Compliance position (100+ locations) and a Regional Training Manager positions (38 locations) which were also responsible for all recruiting of Management and staff. I have enjoyed several years of "growing a business" while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, integrity and honor. I always increase profitability and have been responsible for a facility that generated 100K or more per week.. I am skilled at all aspects of Restaurant/ Food Service operations and operate at any position within a restaurant or food service account. I am very "hands on" and believe a great Manager leads his team by example. I believe cultivating a strong team with a deliberate compass, direction and a team mentality of the direction to grow the business.
