34 years’ experience in Tool making, Aerospace Manufacturing, Self Inspection, Blue Print Reading and all around conventional & CNC machining. • Capable of working from Blue Prints, Operation Sheets, Engineering Drawings and Verbal Instructions to achieve tight manufacturing tolerance requirements. • Designed and built tooling and developed machining process for CNC machining as well as conventional machining for sheet metal fabricated, castings and other aerospace products. • Worked with engineers and programmers to develop the most efficient machining procedure for new jobs and tooling as well as redesign and updating preexisting jobs and tooling. • Willing and capable of learning new machinery and techniques and new job skills. • Able to handle job functions of increased responsibility and skill level.
