Highlights:

With no formal training, I designed and oversaw the building of a 4000sqft. home that have received more attention than the owners would desire. I picked every color and faux finish for every paintable surface. I then picked all the design options for a track home that when the buyer was unable to sell her house the track home went back on the market completed and sold within 2 days without making any changes to the interior or exterior.
