Account director for four (4) consecutive 5-year GSA IDIQ contracts and interim director for Motorola and US Cellular national accounts. • Expertise includes marketing, team selection and leadership, pre-lease due diligence, proposal writing and negotiating, scheduling, programming/visioning, Code/ADA/UFAS/Fire and Life Safety analysis, blocking/stacking, test fits, budgeting and cost estimating, schematic design, design development, FF&E selection and specification, team and consultant coordination, construction document development including specification writing, MEP/FP reviews and coordination, and contract administration services. • Exceptional analytical, organizational and communication skills. • Projects include architecture, commercial interiors, retail interiors, residential architecture and interiors, and federal, county, and city governmental agency interiors. • Client relations focus from pre-lease space procurement through move-in. • Service and design oriented, collaborative approach. • Main coordinator for project control and communications.
