SUMMARY PhD in Chemistry with 6 years' experience on SQL Server 2008/2012, Oracle 10g/11g and Access 2007/2010 databases. Comprehensive understanding of the relational database model and experience in designing, modeling, developing and supporting Data Warehouses. Experience on working with diverse data sources. Knowledge of SQL query optimization and performance tuning. Expertise on Microsoft BI tools such as SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS for data loading, transformation, analysis and presentation. * Professional experience on advanced SQL Server 2008/2012 Server installation, login, user creation and authorization database creation, maintenance, backups and restore. * Professional experience on loading a variety of large volume data files into SQL Server 2008/2012 database tables from different sources such as databases, flat and XML files. * Experience in designing star schema (identification of facts, measures and dimensions), and snowflake schema for Data Warehouse. * Experience on high performance data integration solutions - Microsoft SQL Server Integration Service (SSIS) including extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processes for relational databases and Data Warehouses. Experience on report generation using SSRS, Excel and Crystal Reports 2008/2011. * Expertise on data migration from other databases (i.e. Oracle) to SQL Server databases or from an old version of SQL Server database to a newer version of such database. * Extensive experience of Microsoft Access database design, Excel Pivot Tables, formulas, and charts. * Capability of effective communication with clients to better understand their business processes and specific requirements team player with excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills. * Proven ability to approach problems effectively, prioritize multiple tasks, and achieve goals quick learner, task initiator, and hard worker.
