Manage restaurant, offering customer service, 45+ employee relations and guidance, payroll, scheduling, ordering, cooking and prepping, maintaining building and machinery. Build the restaurant from scratch, done all the carpentry work, including plumbing, some minor electrical, dry walls and ceilings, tile flooring and more. Certified Mig/Tig Welder, for turbine aircraft engines, worked closely with engineers and have done some machine repairs. Also have been handy over many things, as home improvements and mechanical.
