RECOMMENDATION LETTER June 26, 2015 To whom it may concern: RE: John T O’Connor (aka. Josh) Dear Sir or Madam: I was employed at M.C. Dean, Inc. (MCD) between 2006-2014 as Sr. Employee Relations Specialist. Josh worked on several projects over the time I was employed there and progressively advanced in his positions from an Electrician on our Pentagon renovation project, to a Crew Leader at WHS, and eventually accepted a prestigious transfer as a Foreman on the New Parkland Hospital build in Dallas, Texas. I got to know him quite well during my tenure and always found him to be knowledgeable about the projects he was working on, as well as his crew members, and sensitive to the various HR issues that ensue in a management position. He carries with him innate skills in understanding relationships with his subordinates, and I found that he was respected not just by them but by his Superintendent, as well.
