As you will see, I did not complete my college degree due to damage caused by Hurricane Katrina to Southeastern La. University. I fully intend to complete my education online, at an accredited institution to fulfill my degree requirements as time allows. I truly believe that education whether formal or informal is a journey that last a lifetime, not just 2,4 or 6 years. I currently hold professional certifications through the World Safety Organization as follows, Certified Safety Manager and Certified Safety Instructor (Senior Level). I have extensive field and managerial experience within the HSE arenas in the petrochemical, refining and construction industries. As well as Environmental and Safety experience in the emergency response arena. I have fulfilled the duties of Safety Manager, Safety Consultant, Site Safety Supervisor, and Safety Instructor in many different Safety disciplines. I have learned many different techniques through my extensive safety experiences and have learned to apply these techniques when dealing with difficult safety issues. I have worked with many successful management teams on multiple large-scale projects and outages delivering a Safe And Productive project or outage as a result. I am seeking a position in the HSE field in Safety Management/Supervisor position or a HR/ Training position in the Petrochemical, Refining, and Construction or, General Industry sectors.
