I am bilingual Spanish/English with 22 years of supervisory, training and operational experience in the US Army, with a strong work ethic and outstanding decision making ability, stickler for efficiency and effectiveness, and a proven ability to work in and with outside teams. By being proficient in reading, writing and speaking, both English and Spanish, I believe I can provide a beneficial role for the organization and the bilingual community it serves, and its employees. I have held many supervisor; operation and training coordinator roles with anywhere from 8 to 150 Soldiers charged under my care in several combat and many peacetime situations. My civilian employment has been as a machinist, and recently as a pattern maker with the same company for 19 years.
