Extensive experience in the Technological Community skill sets including implementing processes to reduce assembly time and improve product quality in manufacturing Well versed in complex Electronic assembly/ debug of prototype units research and development reference designs and supporting them into high volume manufacturing with PCB to system checkout. * Reworking skills at electronics board level and electro-mechanics system level including soldering skills for modifying surface mount PCA's. Debugging test fixtures for the first time and maintenance too. * Strong experience in operation of electronic test equipment such as multi-meters frequency counters oscilloscopes signal generators spectrum analyzers logic analyzers network/scalar analyzers and power meters Hands on competency with Excel WORD Access Visio Studio Lab View Pads Power PCB OrCad and Eagle Soft (schematic capture) for test development test software and hardware design. Great multi-tasking capability should have the ability to effectively and efficiently coordinate several tasks at the same time with excellent communication skills and good team player * Developing and maintaining accurate records to monitor system performance rework matrixes able to pinpoint software and or hardware bugs and increased project profit margin.
