I successfully completed Diploma in Technology Aeronautical and Aviation Engineering from the Technical University of Kenya. I thereafter worked in Kencall as an Agent in Airtel money, Refugee United & TNA accounts. On 16 july 2013 i joined Toyota Kenya Call Center as an Agent and my experience in Maintenance reminders, Website Enquiry, Email Enquiry and service retention for the last 21 months at Toyota Kenya has natured my leadership skills and this has led to my promotion as a Team leader in August 2014. I resound to provide excellent service to customers & clients who I call for service reminders as well as listening, solving or escalating their inquiries to the relevant department and now i coach, train and oversea that the Agents meet their Daily KPI goals and that the Toyota account is running smoothly. My vast knowledge in professional handling of customers on calls as well as online (Voice and Written) gives me an edge as a Team leader and customer relations co-coordinator.
