Mainly testing, calibration, and validation on Sub-component level on the following projects : Calibrated pressure, torque, NVH, and leak tests on GM Corvette engine at Wixom, Michigan. Determined and optimized test parameters for GM Corvette engine leak test station at Bowling Green, Kentucky. Assembled and troubleshooted Chrysler 9 speed transmission leak test stations at Tipton transmission plant, Indiana. Designed, improved and validated GM Volt battery pack leak test station at Brownstown, Michigan. Also developed new NIST-certified leak test calibration product for industry deployment.
