Interviewing staff for varies nursing positions, Maintaining skilled facility for state survey readiness, education of all facility staff for state mandated education of nursing facilities, Tracking and Trending Infection control, Tracking and Trending Incident-Accidents. Maintaining restorative nursing programs, monitoring staff and daily activities, monitoring admissions, discharges and MARS, TARS, and ADL records. Monitoring Quality Indicator benchmark items monitored via weekly quality assurance meetings. Directing to maintain a survey ready environment at all times. Acting Interim DON periodically. 49 bed facility supervision and direction of all nursing staff. Monthly budget daily staffing per patient days/census requirements interviewing/hiring nursing staff.
