As an hourly employee of Lee Brass, I've performed a wide range of duties to include weight changing, pouring brass, receiving, storing, selecting, inventory controls and or shipping general or specialized bulk and bin materials and equipment. * Work daily with minimal supervision, reporting any problems that may arise to my Supervisor. * Ability to interpret instructions and specifications. * Work leader over three or more employees. * Planned and scheduled work assignments for the accomplishment of tasks. * Analyzes work, determine manpower, tools, material requirements and methods to be used. * Establish deadlines, priorities and work sequences to be followed. * Assisted in trouble-shooting problems related to molding, processing and pouring processes.
