QUALIFICATION SUMMARY/desired position
I am most interested in a company in the “growth mode” that desires a construction expert to manage the construction of multiple projects but I am willing to manage a large or small project in the Austin area.
I have managed very large groups of employees and subcontractors as a Superintendent, Field operations manager or business manager with great success in enjoy doing so. I have a lot of experience as an estimator and pride myself of being fast and accurate. My resources with subs and the ability to perform take-offs under time-line constraints allows our team to submit a qualified bid, even without some division coverage.
I believe I can help bring standardized systems and innovative ideas to your construction operation as a Superintendent, field operations manager, senior office manager, construction administrator or unit business leader. I am currently employed but seeking an opportunity to bring my experience and knowledge to a better streamlined construction process, developing a more profitable operation, while networking my wealth of business relationships into your company’s portfolio of clients. I have tons of tilt-wall, cast in place concrete, high-rise and steel erection experience.
I feel my talents are currently not being utilized to their fullest extent.
I have a team of employees that will follow me, as needed, and they are the industries’ best.
