My relevant qualifications include an FMP certification from IFMA, International Facilities Management Association. Also, in my most recent position as Facilities Manager for Goodman Networks; I was responsible for managing 1M sq. ft and $18M in budget. And during my tenure, I opened or managed the projects of opening or closing 39 of 63 properties, both offices and warehouses. In the Plano corporate office, I completely remodeled 26K sq. ft of luxury executive suites.
