Description
My objective is to find a position which offers many challenges and affords me the opportunity to have a major impact on the company and its employees. With such a diverse background and skill set I would feel comfortable in any of the following roles: General Manager, Plant Manager, Engineering Manager, Project Manager, Technology Manager, Business Development Manager, or Product Manager. I would prefer to live in eastern OH or western PA but would be open to an opportunity beyond those boundaries. I have been responsible for implementing Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, and Continuous Improvement. I have done small projects for a single machine and have large Lean Cell design and installation to support $16m of business. I have been responsible for EH&S for two large facilities and achieved impressive remediation of legacy issues.
