I desire to be part of a team that works and communicates well. A team that is striving to build something great. I have 22+ years in sever service metal seated ball valve design. I have been the Lead Designer at 2 different companies that equals half of my years of experience. I'm self motivated and the ability to mentor and manage others. I have the desire to teach everyone what I know so they will take my place. I design mostly in Solid Works, but also capable in Autocad.
