My Primary responsibility enhancing the customer’s experience with Pulte spearheaded mentoring, training and employee development efforts. Understanding resolves and all product or home defect, HOA and legal issue while minimizing exposure to litigation. Driving Long-Term satisfaction beyond 1 year forecasting satisfaction levels and expenses accountable and responsible for monthly account analysis and budget, working with Department Managers on a variety of levels to ensure current practices are in place to produce defect free construction, Investigating in partnership with construction long term warranty issues. Inspect and report on current construction practices to ensure that problems that have caused the company undue exposure do not threaten to do so again in the future. Ensuring all Sub-Contractors are aligned with our culture, business practices, and growth goals and that each trade is accountable for their scope of work within the homes. Manage inner-market customer relations to include investment and ROI accountability, forecast and budget variances, account and account analysis. Provide complex administrative support to managers and members of the team. Responsible for all national and market initiatives are saturated into the department and utilized by each community
manager and executed with consistency functioning as a shared resource for all divisions with in the area –as well as maintaining relationships between all departments, enhancing the internal and external experience.
