I am seeking placement at a firm or company that is willing to pay me what I am worth starting out, and has plenty of room for me to grow and advance. The company should be looking at me as a long term investment, which if well maintained, advanced,and handsomely compensated for my hard-work will receive possibly decades of loyalty and impressive work from me. Benefits mean little to nothing to me, and cash is king as far as salary and compensation. The position and company should be creative, creativity based, or highly prize creative minds that are able to simultaneously remain practical and efficient. I am a problem solver, and resolving conflicts is second nature to me. As an author, it is also highly important to me that any position, career, and/or company offer and pay well, a position which allows me to foster my passion for writing. Moreover,it is highly important that my talent, skill, and passion for writing help the hiring company increase profits, and that the company does highly prize those whom can write not only well but in an entertaining manner as well. At the same time, it is important that I start in a leadership role or a leadership training fast advancement program, whereby I have at least some ability and authority to enact, control, and help build into the companies profit generation strategies my ideas and added input.
