I'm looking to obtain a job in Retail mgmt. As a District Manager for over 15 years. Im looking for a high volume Store or a district. I have a very strong retail background, and traveling is not an issue. My Stores were located in Indy, Ohio and Michigan. I would love to be with a company that's up and coming, I like a challenge . I'm very familiar with Human Resource and LP, as I worked hand and hand with both to meet customer needs and inventory control. In my job I initiated and recommend personal actions, including employee monitoring, goal setting and performance evaluations. I had a floor set done monthly in my store once a month with the merchandiser to roll out the floor set for the entire company. I was responsible for the daily operations of the stores to ensure goals set by the company were met or exceed. As part of the field management I implemented and evaluated activities related to company payroll and budget. I
