Description
My job is to empower clients to achieve their health and fitness goals through tailor made personal training and programs and nutrition plans – maintain roster of clients ranging from student athletes, seasoned marathon runners, and seniors needing post surgery rehabilitation. I spend time conducting fitness assessments in order to identify injuries, correct muscle imbalances, and safely progress clients through fitness programs. It is also important to assist, monitor, and instruct clients on the safe and proper use of gym equipment and fitness techniques – chart progress in order to determine the most effective programming methods.
