I have been in the retail sales and service industry for over 14 years. I am looking for a new position in the technology field and grow within the company. I have experience in almost every aspect of retail and technical service including management. I use such skills as leading by example, delegating, coaching, training new employees, marketing, scheduling, technical troubleshooting, wireless networking, mobile software technology, along with using my excellent customer service skills while creating a challenging but exciting work environment.
