The enclosed resume highlights my Mortgage Lending and Real Estate sales management experience over the past twenty years. As a Mortgage Branch Manager, I was responsible for personal production, loan officers’ origination, as well as processing and closing residential loans. As a Real Estate Broker/Owner, I provided leadership, established sales strategies, hired, motivated, and developed strong production teams. As a Loan Officer, I have been highly successful in developing the confidence and trust of clients in originating loans. Each of these assignments required strong technical knowledge, solid selling skills, and outstanding communication skills. I am now ready for a new challenge. My goal is to join a firm in a position in which I can utilize the comprehensive Mortgage Lending, Real Estate, and Private Investment experience that I have acquired.
