I have filled the position of Environmental Site Safety Coordinator, managing our customer’s safety program on Drilling operations, fraccing operations, drill out operations and Simultaneous Operations. I broke out as a floor hand for Delta Drilling Co. advancing to derrick man, worked for Cubby Drilling as a derrick man, I worked for Union Drilling Company starting as a Derrick man, and advancing to the position of driller I also worked for JL Coats Drilling Company as a Driller. I have worked as a Solids Control/Dewatering technician for Baker Hughes, managing backyard operations and field trainer on many locations for Antero Resources, Devon Energy, Gas Starr, Rice Energy, and Rex Energy. Many of the employees I have trained and mentored have went on to become supervisors for Baker Hughes and other oil field companies. While at GKN Sintered Metals, an Industrial complex producing product to support the automotive industry, I was a member of the safety committee as well as the maintenance liaison to resolve safety issues, I was also the maintenance liaison to the Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing team. I worked as a Heavy Equipment and Truck and Trailer Mechanic/Welder for Baker Trucking advancing to Shop Forman/manager. I owned and managed my own welding company for seven years which I sold. I have also worked For Pason Systems as a Field Tech installing and maintaining Information Technology equipment to drilling rigs and sites.
