Description
My name is Kathleen Henke. I am an RN in a large teaching hospital in central Wisconsin. I have worked in this facility for the past 17 years. I have gained skills and experience in many areas in the acute care setting. I have excellent assessment skills as well as critical thinking skills. I am able to anticipate patients' needs and provide prompt safe care. I provide teaching to my patients during hospitalization and at time of discharge. I ensure accurate documentation in all areas. At this stage in my life I would like to change the direction of my nursing career. I would like to use the skills and experience I have acquired in a new way.
