I have been a nurse for over 40 yrs. I have worked in substance abuse for more than half that time as a detox nurse,UR nurse and Director of Operations of treatment facilities. I have been a home health case manager and have done QA in home health as well as substance abuse. I would like to run a facility or be a UR director.
