I am an energetic, persistent and committed IT manager with 25 years of experience. I have a diverse background in managing customers in the areas of operations and security, network infrastructure, data center consolidation, storage area networks and high availability solutions. I provide pre and post sales account support, account augmentation, project life cycle support and professional services support. I manage a staff of 15+ consultants on multiple projects in both a project and HR capacity. I am an effective communicator, strong negotiator and excel at client relationship management. My past experience as a project manager at various consulting agencies included responsibility of the short and long term operation and planning and migration of various technologies and platforms. Some specific current activities: • Program Management Practice Lead for US and Canada with over 30+ employees • Focus on project management, network infrastructure, security and managed services • Providing pre-sales support to sales team and presenting to ‘C’ level customer management • Responsible for developing statements of work (SOWs) and responding to Request For Proposals (RFPs) • Managing all aspects of a client project (or projects) providing overall leadership to onsite team • Have primary responsibility for ensuring overall client project satisfaction and managing client expectations • Development of high level project plans and project risk management strategies • Providing administrative management for a remote project staff of 15+ consultants/contractors including project staff performance evaluations • Sales Support in the establishment of new client relationships including proposal development and contract negotiations My past relevant experience involved providing leadership for the planning, implementation and ongoing development of technologies and services that enable the high availability, scalability, high performance, and performance management of the IT infrastructure various markets including, financial, pharma, and consumer services.
