Description
I worked as a Manager for most of my career with Sleep Train Inc, However started as a Salesperson and worked my way up through their ranks. I managed a market of 3 stores for several years and the market averaged close to 5 million dollars. I merchandised those stores and trained the people within. I was a Trainer, Mentor, Coach, Supervisor, and Manager who collaborated successfully with my team. I trained most of the managers who came up through the ranks and always tried to help them succeed at their highest potential. I was a Salesperson, Manager , and Store of the Year several times and made Presidents and Chairmen's club honors separate times. I am proud of all the accomplishments I was able to achieve with this great company. 1- President's Club and Chairmen's Club was the Top 10% sales company wide with close to a million dollars personal sales. I did this 8 years in a row.
