To whom it may concern Riel Cho rielc331@gmail.com I am applying for the handbag designer position and I believe that all my experience, and education will make me a very competitive candidate for this position. I have been working at Color and color handbag company based in New York for two years and will work until March 2015. In this company,I mainly design wallets, pouches, clutches, cell phone holders, and handbags. Most of the products I design are sold all around the United States and 200 other countries. My designs were shown at ACCESSORIES THE SHOW, Javits Center in New York(January 2014), Las Vegas convention center(Aug 2013 / Mar 2014). In addition to my current working experience, I have one year of handbag design experience with Malini Murjani (http://www.malinim.com/press.php) , a High-end handbag designer based in New York. The collaboration was done directly with their head designer. Some primary projects of this collaboration are Malini M collection line, which is also a collaboration with Halston Heritage, and QVC by Malini Muljani (http://www.qvc.com/Malini-Murjani-Shoes-&-Handbags.category.9945.html?refine=1431718+4294937284 ). I had an internship at Michasel Kors, MK handbag department. At Michael Kors, I learned how high-end and bridge markets were collaborated. My experiences range vastly in this industry. I completed a shoe making course at FIT in 2012. Through all the experiences, I have a good taste and outlook in contemporary accessories. I am capable of designing handbags including wallets and clutches, tech pack. I possess strong hand sketching skill, Photoshop, illustrator.
