I have over 20 years of Health Information Management experience in various roles as Director, Assistant Director, Manager of Health Information Management, Medical Records Auditor, HIPAA Privacy Officer and Physician Credentialing Coordinator. In these roles my responsibilities included oversight of Coding, Release of Information, Transcription, Chart Analysis/Retrieval, and auditing of medical records (inpatient/outpatients).
