My legal career in three States and the District of Columbia and my admission to the Federal Courts in all the states and the United States Tax Court has equipped me with over 35 years of valuable experience in the general practice of law and civil litigation. Throughout my legal career I have enjoyed working with other lawyers, clients, judges, diverse businesses, charitable organizations and the general public. During those years of practice I have donated pro bono work for South Jersey Legal Services in Atlantic City, NJ in collection and bankruptcy law and in the early years contributed my time representing defendants for the public defender's panel in Maryland. Having been in the practice of law in various jurisdictions over the years, my experience and background in civil litigation, business and contract law, real estate, foreclosure laws with complex title and bankruptcy issues, wills, trusts and estates, collections and commercial litigation, plaintiff and defendant personal injury cases, family law, and tax law enables me to quickly adapt and provide a better understanding of the complex legal issues presented in many difficult cases and circumstances in the practice of law.
