I am first and foremost a company man. I am of the company, I'm for the company, and I stand by my company, so help me god. I am a motivator of personnel, and take pride in turning bad a employee when possible into a good employee. I have set up state of the art companies here in the U.S.A.. Along with other factories in Africa where I lived for 2 yrs., and including Asia where I lived in China for 2 1/2 yrs. I am reselent and have the ability to adapt to any situation that arises. Plus I'm a very happy personally and I can muti task and problem solve without stressing out. I want to be some where that can use my skills and include a excellent house keeper of any factories I run and set up.
