Description
Having practiced law for the last 25 years, I have advised Fortune 500 companies regarding performance, contracts, strategy and compliance. I also negotiated and litigated contracts and intellectual property in a variety of fields, including hi tech, telecommunication, health care, entertainment and utilities. As such I have reviewed and mastered various applicable government regulations. My chemical engineering education allows me to quickly analyze technical as well as complex legal issues. Although I have been successful in the law firm environment, I now prefer helping to build and advance a technical product or service. I look forward to bringing my skills, experience and background to a company.
