I am an experienced in-house attorney who has worked in both public and private Silicon Valley tech companies. Over my career, I have been responsible for all areas in a corporate legal department. The skills I have developed would be an asset to any company looking to develop or expand their legal function. I take a pragmatic approach to the role of an in-house legal department. I believe that while legal needs to protect the company, it should do so without getting in the way of promptly meeting the objectives of the business.
