I am extremely interested in the job openings of Director of Maintenance, Facilities Director and Chief Engineer that companies have open. I love making patients, staff and residents feel as safe, comfortable and happy as possible. I have a high mechanical ability and work well with all levels of education. I have completed two technical college courses in stationary engineering, First in New Orleans and second in Chicago. I currently have a City of Chicago Stationary Engineers license and was employed in the south loop at the Transportation Building Condominium Association as a chief Building engineer for 15 years reporting to the Building Manager and the Board of Directors. I was Director of Facilities for Methodist Psychiatric Pavilion hospital in New Orleans for 4 years, Where the department received the first ever 95% patient satisfactory while reporting to the CEO and attending Management team meetings. I also served as the Safety Officer there prior to moving to Chicago in May of 1999.
