SUMMARY I create live and web-based training courses that contribute to the customer's goals. I create affective and written tests to identify knowledge and skill transfer, I conduct periodic testing to analyze retention and to identify training needs. I regularly use all packages in the Microsoft Office suite creating material and reports.
