Have extensive background in Warehouse management as well as construction and property management. Recently as Region Distribution Manager I would oversee the day to day operations of a 100,000 sq. ft. distribution center that consisted over over 60 employees. I would handle everything from workman's compensation claims, Chairman of the SoCal Safety Committee, management the fleet of trucks, kept up to date on all OSHA/DOT regulations, performed all performance reviews for management staff, very proficient in Microsoft Suite, Excellent Customer service skills, among many other duties. In addition I have over 20 years of construction skills which enabled me to double the size of my own residence on my own. I have also dwalt with property management as well over the past 20 years.
